No Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Once an order has been delivered, it is considered final.

We do not offer refunds once an order is placed and delivered. However, if you experience any issues with the quality of the products received, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives with damaged or missing items, please reach out to us immediately with photographic evidence at [email protected]. While we do not provide refunds, we will do our best to resolve any genuine concerns.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations made after an order has been processed will apply to the next delivery cycle.
